Hypnotherapy & Coaching

I am a fully qualified and experienced Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner coach, fully insured and professionally trained. Hypnotherapy and coaching work at the level where habits, beliefs, and emotional responses are formed, allowing lasting change, not surface-level fixes.

Sessions are tailored, collaborative, and practical, with tools you can continue using long after we work together.

Every session is uniquely tailored. I work calmly, compassionately, and at your pace, combining evidence-informed techniques with real-life understanding. Our brains are adaptable. Using Hypnotherapy and NLP coaching, we can change how past experiences have been processed and create more supportive, empowering patterns moving forward.
