Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga combines softly flowing movement sequences connected to the breath, along with longer resting in some postures, gentle mindfulness and meditation.

In combination with simple breathing practices for balancing the nervous system, gentle flow yoga will lift the spirit and provide an overall sense of well-being.

This supportive and therapeutic class is perfect for people that are new to yoga or for those who want a more relaxed pace, while gently strengthening and stretching the body and providing a grounded sense of calm and balance.

Through safe, intelligently sequenced, intuitive and supportive classes, students are encouraged to connect with themselves, to be curious and open to possibilities, and to trust and follow what feels right for them.

There are no age or any other limitations for attending this class. Every class can be adapted to support individual needs and is suitable for beginners as well as those who are experienced in yoga and wish to practise at a slower pace.

Classes take place weekly on:

  • All welcome on Mondays from 7.15-8.15pm with Kat Aydin
  • Women only on Thursday's with Penny at 7-830pm for our combined WellWoman Yoga class. 

Group size

In Gentle Yoga sessions, we take up to 7 people. This gives the opportunity for each student to make the most out of each class with the teacher being able to recognise and attend to each student’s individual needs.

Private classes

If you would like to deepen your practice or if you can't attend regular group classes then private classes could be the best solution for you. Every class is created in consultation with the practitioner and according to their individual needs. Please enquire about private or semi private sessions for you or a group of friends.


  • Six class block - £60 (valid for 7 weeks when 24 hour's notice is given for cancelling one class in each block)
