Yin Yoga
Whether you are very active and need a bit of “yin” practice in your life or you are looking to release tension and relax, Yin Yoga is your practice! Suitable for all levels you will make changes from the inside out.
Yin Yoga works on the deeper “yin” tissues, namely ligaments, joints, deep fascial networks and even bones. Contrary to the more dynamic yoga styles, poses in Yin Yoga are held between three and five minutes to target the deeper tissues. To allow this, we use props (bolsters, blocks and blankets) as needed. During the practice we aim to move the spine in all directions allowing the tissues to release.
This gentle Yin Yoga workshop will help you reach complete and full relaxation. Not only will you feel nourished and well rested but all the organ systems of your body benefit from this kind of practice.
During the Yin Yoga workshop, we will try to find stillness of the breath and of the mind, allowing you to let go of daily stresses and turning your focus within, becoming more aware of what goes on in your body and mind.
The classes are deep and slow, relaxed and supportive. Suitable from total beginner to experienced yogi, Yin Yoga will enrich your current practice and help you in your daily life.

Group size:
In our sessions, we take up to 8 people. This gives the opportunity for each practitioner to make the most out of the class and for the teacher to assist as necessary.
