Sports and Remedial Massage

Sports & Remedial Massage is a deep tissue treatment, working on specific areas of the body.

The session may involve some assessment of your movement, in order to ascertain any restricted movements and areas.

Swedish, Deep Tissue and Advanced Remedial Massage, Myofascial Release, Active and Passive Stretching techniques are then used to relieve tension, improve freedom of movement, alleviate connective tissue strain and reduce scar tissue. 

You may also be given some stretches and suggestions for exercises that you can do at home, so you can play an active role in your body's healing.
