Introductory Workshops:
11am Talk on MFR and Chronic pain with Kristina
We will explore the reasons why acute pain becomes chronic and how massage and MFR along with other active practices can help reduce and eliminate your pain
12pm Gentle yoga with Kat
Try this supportive and therapeutic class which is usually held on line - it is perfect for those new to yoga or those who want a more relaxed pace, while gently strengthening and stretching the body.
1pm Baby Massage & Yoga with Daniela
These classes are a gentle combination of baby massage, baby yoga, sensory stimulation, shiatsu, relaxation and singing.
2pm Relax & Breath Birthing with Daniela
Our Relax & Breathe Birthing is an informal, inspiring and empowering approach that enables pregnant women and their birth partners to feel excited about the birth of their baby.

Breastfeeding is a very personal journey for each and every mum, partner and baby. Receiving the correct advice and information before your baby arrives can make all the difference to successful breastfeeding.
2.30pm Birth & Postnatal Doula Support with Robyn
Find out how engaging the services of a Doula can help you feel more prepared for the birth and strengthen your trust in yourself to birth your baby as you want. After your baby has arrived is exciting but can be overwhelming too, help from a doula can enable you to look after your baby and enjoy this precious time as a family.
3.30pm Mind-Body Relaxation using Autogenic Training with Robyn
An introduction to this 8 week course which will benefit anyone looking for ways to relieve chronic stress, anxiety, panic attacks, negative feelings or emotions or other stress-related issues.
