Yoga for Women's Wellbeing

Yoga for Women's Wellbeing is specifically focused on women’s health and acknowledges the cyclic nature of women's energy. The sessions are designed to be beneficial through a balanced combination of

* gentle flowing movements to help stretch and strengthen your body and align your posture

* specific focus on postures beneficial to the female anatomy e.g. releasing tension in the pelvis, hips and lower back

* calming breath work and meditation

* deep relaxation to relieve stress and anxiety and to promote better sleep  


 

One-to-one classes available with Kristina

These sessions can be arranged and tailored to your needs, to release tension and unhelpful postural patterns in your body, to reduce mental stress and create a space in your life to relax and tune in to your body's needs. They can be used for extra support during your post natal period, or to address issues with your menstrual cycle, peri menopause or at any stage of life. Kristina works in a trauma informed way and will endeavor to create a safe holding space for you, where you can feel at ease.
