Transformational coaching is about helping you to really determine:
*what you want
*what is getting in the way of you getting what you want
*and what you need to take action to live your best life.
Amanda will support you to use solution focused, motivational interviewing and assets based techniques to help you pinpoint what you want and need. This will involve asking targeted questions and pulling out key reflections and observations from your discussion.
With your permission, she may also challenge you where needed and use techniques including body scans, visualisation and inner child work. The aim is to help you reach the heart of what you need to uncover to transform your life.
For pregnant women and new parents, coaching can also help you to think about where your mindset is getting in the way of you making choices that feel right for you. Learning to challenge unhelpful thoughts can help you to feel more confident, improve your general wellbeing and help you take action to live the life that you want.
Your coaching session would be tailored to you and what you bring each time. In Transformational Coaching, your therapist’s role is supportive and the sessions are set at a pace that is guided by and feels comfortable to you.
The sessions are run by Amanda who has over fifteen years experience supporting pregnant women and families.

Introductory Overcoming Overwhelm Package – £270 for 6 sessions (Available until the end of March 2024).
With this package, you get 6 sessions over 3 months to help you determine what you need to feel calmer and experience more ease in your life.
