Lynne Sutherland, Mindbody Pain Coach
I have been working with clients with long-term pain for over 25 years, as a physiotherapist and more recently a pain coach within the NHS.
I have always been passionate about this specialist area and early on in my career I started to question why pain can persist. Over the years I have seen how integral the connection between the mind and body is in terms of pain management and I have developed a deeper understanding of how unique everyone’s experience of pain and stress is. This has led me (along with my own experiences with anxiety and pain) to become a certified Transformational Coach and Hypnotherapist.
I am also a trained SIRPA practitioner (Stress Illness Recovery Practitioner’s Association) and now uniquely blend all areas when working with clients.
It is so rewarding working with clients to support them in understanding their pain in a different way, to empower them to discover new ways of being in their life and to move away from long-term pain and stress-related illness and back to wellbeing.
I live in Dundee, Scotland with my husband, two teenage daughters and furry “son” Charlie the border collie. Sessions are available online including a free 30 minute Discovery Call.
