I started my health journey many years ago, with self practice through Yoga. Through this movement I found my breath, and through breath I found connection with my body. Once I had developed this connection, I learnt how to truly feel and understand what was going on inside my mind and within my body. 

I believe that this body & mind connection is so valuable and it is often overlooked. I really love helping others connect with their bodies through breath and awareness, through massage or any other forms of conscious movement. 

I think that how we feel within ourselves can often change how we express ourselves, how we live our lives and how much of life we can truly experience and feel, to be truly present within ourselves, so to speak. 

After a few years of developing my own practice, I went on to learn massage. I studied Swedish Massage through The Complementary School of Therapy and from there my practice grew and I began to really find an interest in helping others develop their own Body - Mind Connection. 

I love the idea of starting as young as possible (which is what drew me to baby massage & pregnancy massage) I think that conscious physical touch can be such help in all aspects of life. 

I also do some work as a stretch therapist. I have really enjoyed this journey of connecting simple movements or sometimes complex stretching, with breath and awareness. Finding ways to work through stress, or pain, or just life in general.
