Shibashi Tai Chi Classes
Shibashi means “18” in Chinese and it is a simple, easy-to-learn Qigong routine.
Featuring 18 slow, gentle, but effective movements inspired by Yang-style Tai Chi, this form aims to improve physical and mental health, as well as providing relaxation and energy flow. The 18 movements can be easily practised standing or seated.
Who is it for?
Suitable for all ages and abilities, including wheelchair users.
What should I wear?
Wear comfy loose clothing and bring stable, indoor footwear or practise barefoot if you prefer.
The classes are run by Gabe Stewart on a drop-in basis, please book in for the date(s) you would like to attend. Payment can be made by bank transfer in advance or by cash/card at the class.
Classes take place at Knotstressed Therapies on Montrose Terrace in Edinburgh EH7 5DL on Tuesdays 6.30 - 7.30pm
