Onie Tibbitt, Co-Director
I've always been fascinated with life's transitions. I consider it a great honour and a real joy to be able to help build confidence and support families through pregnancy, birth and beyond.
KnotStressed Therapies began following the birth of my daughter, Freya, in 2003 and has evolved over the years alongside my interests and experiences with my children. I now have a second daughter, Mairin, who was born in 2009.
I feel incredibly fortunate to be working with my fabulous Co-Director, Krista Black, and to be able to work with all the talented practitioners who have joined our team. Thanks to their involvement, we offer a far wider range of sports/remedial and wellbeing services for our clients.
Over the years we have developed our industry-leading, accredited Training Programmes. I love sharing skills through these courses and feel grateful to be able to meet and spend time with so many wonderful practitioners from all over the country.
