Relax & Breathe Yoga - for the third trimester

Moving towards your due date? Starting to focus more on the birth? Now on maternity leave?

These new classes are designed especially for those in the later stage of pregnancy to help prepare for the birth of your baby, physically, mindfully and emotionally.

They involve gentle stretching and rhythmic movement to keep you feeling good while also helping to promote pelvic opening and optimal fetal position for baby.

You will experience breathing practices which are extremely beneficial in labour and also deep relaxation to help address any natural anxiety you might have at this time.

The deep relaxation approach will include visualisations consistent with hypnobirthing making these classes an excellent follow on from our Relax and Breathe birthing classes.

Classes are suitable for all pregnant women from 30 weeks onwards with or without any experience of yoga or pregnancy yoga.

Classes take place weekly on:

Thursdays from 4pm - 5pm with Penny 

Group size:

We take up to 7 people. This gives the opportunity for each student to make the most out of each class with the teacher being able to recognise and attend to each student's individual needs.

Private classes

If you would like to deepen your practice or if you can't attend regular group classes then private classes could be the best solution for you. Every class is created in consultation with the practitioner and according to their individual needs. Please enquire about private or semi private sessions for you or a group of friends.


4 week block £40. Single classes might also be available, booked in advance (subject to availability)
